Shipping. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to all addresses in the United States. Standard orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

Returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Certain items, including personalized or custom products, cannot be returned. Please review product descriptions at purchase for any return restrictions.

Damaged or Defective Items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
