Shipping. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to all addresses in the United States. Standard orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

Returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To start a return, visit our returns portal at kinderkraft.loopreturns.com, enter your order number and email, and print your prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Certain items, including personalized or custom products, cannot be returned, and sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please review product descriptions at purchase for any return restrictions.

Damaged or Defective Items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
