1-Year Limited Warranty
Kinderkraft products sold in the United States are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is covered
Kinderkraft warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and when used in accordance with the user manual, for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase. If a covered defect appears within that period, Kinderkraft will, at its option, repair the product, replace it or the defective part, or refund the purchase price.
What is not covered
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Mechanical failure of core components used as instructed
Excluded
- Small electronics
- Backpacks, totes, and other textile goods
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or not following the manual
- Commercial use and second-hand purchases (non-transferable)
This limited warranty applies to the U.S. market. The 10-year warranty offered in some other markets is not available in the United States.

Please have your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos ready so we can review and resolve your claim.
Your consumer rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection laws. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
