Complaints

In order to file a complaint, complete the complaint form. Fill in your details and enter product data. Describe briefly the defect found. After sending, the form will be verified by the Customer Service. Then, on working days within a maximum of 24 hours, we will send you the information about the assigned case number. You will also receive instructions on how to proceed, including the date and time on which the courier will collect the product complained about.
